Welcome!

Life is challenging, especially in uncertain times. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more formidable problems. Everyone has battles to fight and hurdles to overcome at some point. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or any other issue, with the right guidance, you have the strength within you to overcome them.

You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better
place and becoming a better you.

Please note that a person does NOT have to be a musician to come to music therapy. Music is utilized within the therapeutic space as interventions and treatment, but I typically drive the music interventions; YOU can or can choose not to participate in active music-making; we can process your issues via music, or just through talking as well.

I believe we find healing through harmony, and it is my goal to help you find
harmony mentally, physically, and emotionally.

My practice specializes in treating individuals and couples. Through years of experience, I’ve learned that even the most daunting experiences can be managed, or overcome. Through therapy, there is always a way
to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future.

If you’re interested in becoming a better, happier, more fulfilled you, I’d love to work with you every step of the way.
